Lift-Texas Construction, LLC, uses a state-of-the-art
Polyurethane Foam system (LT Foam)
that helps lift and raise
sunken concrete by injecting through small holes to help void fill and stabilize the area of repair
quickly and economically.
With no need for demolition there is minimal disruption at the repair site. Our eco-friendly
LT Foam has a quick cure time with most jobs only taking 1-2 hours and immediate use of the repair area afterwards.
Our LT Foam is moisture resistant and will not shift, settle or break down over time providing long-lasting stability.
Lift-Texas Construction is the premier polyurethane foam concrete lifting and leveling contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio and Houston Metropolitan areas. We specialize in residential and commercial concrete lifting and repair. We help homeowners, property management companies, HOAs, and commercial property owners get their properties looking great again.
Texas foundations are notorious for shifting and settling which causes concrete to sink, crack and become unstable. It is not only unsightly but can often times become dangerous. Using our state- of-the-art polyurethane spray foam system, we are able to void fill and stabilize the damaged concrete using small injection holes, both lifting and leveling the area with minimal disruption and at half the cost of pouring new concrete.
Our concrete lifting and leveling system is:
· Fast, effective and ready for immediate use
Whether you have a residential property that needs concrete lifting of sidewalks, driveways, pool decks, concrete pads, or any other type of sunken concrete, or a commercial property owner with much bigger lifting jobs such as foundation slabs, leave outs, and void filling, let Lift-Texas Construction save you TIME and MONEY!
Small injection holes are strategically drilled into the concrete slab(s)
that requires lifting. The state-of-the-art equipment is contained in a trailer rig with a long hose capable of reaching directly to the area of repair. LT Foam is then injected under the slab filling voids using a special injection gun which allows the technician
to carefully deliver and
raise the slab to the correct level.
After the injection is completed,
the hole(s) will be patched with polymer concrete or cement. The concrete slab is ready for immediate use. The repair typically takes a 1-2 hours based on the scope of
Most jobs can be done in one day.
LT Foam concrete lifting and stabilization is a cost-effective alternative to replacing concrete and can usually be done for about half the cost of cutting out
and re-pouring new concrete.
The savings may be even greater, since the costs of concrete demolition and removal, along with the repair and replacement of landscaping, are eliminated with the effectiveness of concrete raising.
The LT Foam injection process also allows the surrounding area to remain in use or service, even during the project,
with minimal downtime, if any.
LT Foam is created from a geotechnical solution that is especially designed to exhibit full compression strength
after just 15 minutes.
This means that large surface areas can be lifted and returned to service immediately after application.
Even when our foam solutions are injected into wet areas, they will still maintain their physical characteristics during the geothermal reaction and expansion.
Plus, the high-density, closed-cell nature of geotechnical foam makes it resistant to water penetration.
During the LT Foam injection process,
the foam will flow freely into cracks and voids, ultimately expanding to its final
Due to its high structural compressive strength and adhesion it will not
shift, settle, or break down over time,
and is moisture resistant
which will help maintain the stability of
the concrete slab over time.
Our polyurethane foam is formulated with recycled materials made from the U.S.
and injected using an
eco-friendly non-ozone depleting
blowing agent that creates
a trouble-free alternative
that can last a lifetime-
and that makes no additional use of
our natural resources.
